Anyone can be charged with Theft

One of the NJ State Troopers assigned to protect Governor Christie has been charged with shoplifting at a sporting goods store in Pennsylvania. While the Trooper has pleaded not guilty, the allegation is that store security saw him place items in his pocket and attempt to exit the store.
