It was recently reported that the former dean of students at American Boychoir School in Plainsboro, New Jersey, is facing accusations that he sexually assaulted a minor, while looking after him. According to news reports, the man is accused of abusing an 11-year-old from West Windsor at his home between April 2013 and June 2013. The alleged sexual assault is reported to have taken place on multiple different occasions.
New York, New Jersey and Georgia marshals’ arrested the 55-year-old former dean in Georgia. According to a report from the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, the Ewing man is facing multiple sex crime charges, including second-degree sexual assault charges, second degree endangering the welfare of a child charges and first degree aggravated sexual assault charges. The former teacher has been returned to New Jersey.
Accusations of criminal sexual assault or criminal sexual misconduct can have a profound effect on the life of those accused.
