New Jersey men charged for alleged murder of teen girl

When facing serious charges, individuals may wish to become as informed as possible about the possible legal proceedings they may face. Two men in New Jersey may wish to take such action after recently being charged with multiple allegations, including murder. The charges stem from the alleged homicide of a 15-year-old girl that took place in December of last year.

It was reported that police were investigating the disappearance of the teen when they found the body of a white female at a residence. The individual was later identified as a 15-year-old girl, who had been reported missing by her mother two weeks earlier. An additional investigation ensued, and as a result, a 23-year-old man and a 33-year-old man were taken into custody.

It was unclear what may have led authorities to suspect these men or to warrant their arrests. Nonetheless, they are both facing a multitude of criminal charges, including murder, aggravated sexual assault, conspiracy to desecrate a human body and several others. Both men were still in custody at the time of the report, and their bail amounts were set at $1 million each. 

The murder charges and the other allegations that the men are facing are undoubtedly causing the individuals to seriously consider their legal affairs. These charges could result in severe punishment if they are convicted, and therefore, they will likely want to find out more information on creating and presenting meaningful criminal defenses.
