Ms. Sutnick, the founding partner of Sutnick & Sutnick, LLC, is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York. She is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully defended criminal defendants in both states.
Ms. Sutnick is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association and the co-chair of the Municipal Court Law committee. She is a guest commentator on Court TV. Ms. Sutnick participates as a trial skills advisor at the Cardozo School of Law Intensive Trial Advocacy Program.
Ms. Sutnick began her legal career at the Kings County District Attorney's Office where she was a senior trial attorney.
