New Jersey Certified Trial Attorneys

When deciding who to hire as an attorney, it is important to choose someone who is particularly knowledgeable and experienced. That is why the Supreme Court of New Jersey has directed the Board on Attorney Certification with implementing a certification program to enhance the competence of attorneys in the state. This program aims to assist you in making informed decisions when choosing legal representation and helps you find attorneys in specialized fields of law.

The Supreme Court’s Board on Attorney Certification designates attorneys who are able to demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge and skill in their particular area of practice.

Laura has been designated as a New Jersey Certified Criminal Trial Attorney. Warren is a New Jersey Certified Municipal Court Law Attorney. Less than 3% of all attorneys have been granted the Certified Trial Attorney designation by the Supreme Court of NJ.

What Is a “Certified Trial Attorney?”

  • Has fulfilled a number of ongoing continuing legal education requirements;
  • Demonstrated a substantial level of experience in litigation matters;
  • Has been favorably evaluated by other attorneys and judges familiar with their work; and
  • Has taken and passed a written examination covering various aspects of practice in the designated specialty area.
